★Main Services:Rapid Mouse Brain Imaging

The mouse brain provided by the client undergoes a series of preparations including tissue clearing and sectioning, followed by VISoR three-dimensional fluorescence imaging. The final deliverable to the client is the maximum intensity projection images of all brain sections.

Subsequently, based on client needs, our high-performance computing cluster, along with independently developed algorithms and software, can enable storage, management, and various analyses of TB-level image, including image stitching, 3D reconstruction, atlas registration, and neuronal morphology reconstruction.

Supported Labeling Methods: Transgenic labeling, viral tracing, CTb tracing, nuclear (DAPI) staining, immunofluorescence staining, Nissl staining, etc.
